V-day Treats

This year we spent Valentines day at a condo with our extended family. (17 people) We decided to hand out Valentines so I put my boys to work. They helped me use the big shot, punch out the hearts add dimensionals, and as you can see, they are the ones who put them together! Did you notice that one of them had the words upside down (that one is my favorite!). Since most of the recipients were adults, we chose an adult treat - I think the kids liked it too!

Sweet Pea Felt

I am in LOVE with the Sweet Pea Felt. You can use it with so many things! Today I want to show you a super fast and easy hair clip you can make with them. The Felt comes already stitched so all I did was hot glue it to the clip! I think it will look a lot cuter in my baby's hair when her hair is longer but I still love it now! And as a bonus, my husband is more likely to put a flower in her hair when he is watching them if the flower is small :)

Sweet Scoops

We recently had a shoebox swap with our group of demonstrators. It was a ton of fun. I LOVE the demo's in our group they are so fun to hang out with and they are super talented AND it was at my home so I didn't have to travel!!! I now have SO many cute half-finished cards :) I usually chat too much to actually get anything finished and I had the beginnings of my first migrane that night but I do plan on putting the cards together sometime soon :)

This card is the card that I created. (we all created a card and brought ALL the supplies to make our card, and then we were able to make everyone else's card)

Do you recognize the stamp set? This is actually a teaser since the Sweet Scoops stamp set isn't available to purchase until May. It will be in the next mini catalog!

Vintage Club Pages

This month at stamp club we focused on the vintage line. We used 2 vintage stamp sets. The flowers are made with the image in Vintage Vogue. Yes you heard me right the flowers are made out of paper!!! We roughed up the edges on EVERYTHING using the distressing tool in the cutter kit.

Aren't these paper flowers so much fun?
It is hard to see but we used the Sale-a-Bration Vintage Labels set along with the Sale-a-Bration scallop trim punch! The labels are poking out all around the pages and card.

Only a few more days to Sale-a-Brate!

Sale-a-Bration ends at the ends this month. There are only a few more days to earn free product! This card is made with the super cute Happy Moments SAB stamp set. I just stamped the cake image on the white cardstock and on the 3 different papers from the Sale-a-Bration paper stack, then you cut them out and glue it onto the white cardstock! - So easy for a fun look.

I wanted to keep this card masculine so I didn't add too many accessories, instead I did a little bit of paper piercing.

Happy Sale-a-brating!

Leprechaun Traps

Dang, I am so sad that I am LATE saying happy St. Patricks day! I am usually NOT a fan of the holidays, seriously who thinks of things like the easter bunny? lame. But I love St. Patricks day! Rainbows, Candy, and this year Leprechaun Traps! My oldest made a trap for his Kindergarten party, how fun. He told us how to help him and this is what we made. We used punches, ribbon, sweet treats cups, but my favorite was the gold cardstock!

Stamps For Sale

I am selling some of my retired stamps, if you are interested, leave me a comment with your e-mail and I will send you the list with pictures included.

Perfect Purses

My friend needed some help designing a purse to use as a party favor. I had this tiny nugget purse that she liked.

We decided to make it a little bigger with sides so the treats wouldn't fall out. This is what we came up with.

The top flap closes with a little velcro.
Isn't this paper fabulous? It is part of the Sweet Pea DSP Stack.
