You are Treasured!

A few of my friends and I got together to make these for our teacher appreciation for primary this year. The theme of the night was "You are Treasured" so that is what we actually put on the flag - we just typed it up on the computer. We decorated the room with a pirate theme and made one of these treasure boxes for everyone (and filled them with candy with gold wrappers).

We used both Chocolate Chip and Close to Cocoa (retiring tomorrow, so sad - I wonder if I will miss it?) The stamp set is also retired but one that I will keep forever for my kids to stamp with!
I got the idea for the boxes from the Stampin' Success magazine - a magazine demonstrators receive monthly that is jam packed full of awesome business and creative ideas. Seriously It is worth being a demo, just for this magazine!
The Treasure box was made from the box 2 die and the big shot. I just cut off the top flap (well I actually never cut it out when I cut the bottom part of the box out with the die) I then just cut another strip of cardstock out and glued it to the inside of the back of the box and attached it with velcro to the front!
