I am LOVING the new pennant die for the big shot, and the punch too of course. I used the smallest pennant on the die for this bag. 
and the medium sized pennant for this baby one.

It was pretty simple to decorate these bags, just paper and dimensionals! So Fun. Next time I want to try it with the punch, think of how many pennants we could add!
