Preschool Valentines

Today is the Valentines Day party for my son's preschool class. They only take treats 2 times a year to class and I really like to decorate them. This year I made these super easy square boxes. They can hold a lot of different treats, a popular one is 2 peppermint patties but for today we just put 3 butterfinger/crunch hearts inside. I didn't decorate the candy all cute but click here to see some that have the candy decorated that my friend Megan made. If you want to make some of these just follow the link she has on her blog. We just put the ribbon under the paper to tie it closed instead of having a buckle. I used the love you much stamps and the coordinating punches made it really fast to make a bunch. My husband told me that he couldn't give any that said hugs and kisses so I just hid the words behind the vanilla circle and popped the cocoa heart up with a dimensional. I added a plain piece of paper to the bottom where he wrote his name on it so the kids would know who it was from.

Here are the treats that we made for last year. We spent a lot of time last year making the chocolate and caramel covered pretzels. I dry embossed the heart from the priceless classy brass template and sponged it to make it darker than the paper.
